General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The present general terms and conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the company's network READY TO SURVIVE.
A "customer" is any natural or legal person who makes a purchase from the company READY TO SURVIVE an order validated via our secure payment platform.

Article 1a: Age limit

Age restrictions apply: The company READY TO SURVIVE only accepts clients over 16 years of age (for physical and digital products) and over 18 (for services: coaching, workshops, seminars).
We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products and services to minors. Although the content of our products and services is not offensive and can be helpful to anyone, we prefer to address a mature audience that is capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world.

Article 2: Ordering

Any order placed on a site belonging to the company READY TO SURVIVE involves full acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Article 3: Prices

Prices are quoted in euros including all taxes (at the French VAT rate of 20%).
You do not have to pay for the costs of processing the order, nor the commissions paid to the payment organisations. We pay for them.
The price of the articles can be modified at any time, but the price applied to an order is always the one announced at the time of the order.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is required at the time of ordering, including for pre-ordered products.
You can choose to pay by credit card or by PayPal. The secure online payment by credit card is made through the company Stripe.
The information transmitted is encrypted by software and cannot be read during transport on the network. Any guarantee of the security of this system is entirely the responsibility of Stripe and PayPal, who have a proven track record of handling millions of secure payments every day.

Article 5: Access and delivery

Access to digital products will be via the secure platform PRETASURVIVRE. You can access it at any time and consult your training in your student area.
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an email with your login details. We ask you to to keep them private so that you can more easily access your current and future orders.

Article 6: Copyright

All elements of the site and products are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company.

No one is authorised to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast or use in any way whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site, whether software, visual or sound, or to communicate his or her personal identifiers for connection to the member area to a third party.

Article 7: Guarantee and refund conditions

We offer a guarantee Testing without Risk applicable to all courses ordered from 24/11/2020.

This guarantee allows you to test a course by following the first lesson within 14 days of purchasing the course, and then request a full refund if it is not to your satisfaction.
This money-back guarantee does not apply after 14 days following payment for the course and the start of the first lesson.

In order to claim the guarantee, you must :

  1. Have purchased the course through our online shop (https://pretasurvivre.com/)
  2. You must have completed only the first lesson within 14 days of purchasing the course (and must not have clicked on the subsequent lessons, nor on any PDF resources or images).
  3. Contact support at support@pretasurvivre.com or via the chat and request a refund by specifying the email associated with your account (or your PayPal email if you have chosen this payment method) and the name of the course concerned.

Our team will check that you have completed only the first lesson (and that you have not clicked on the others).

To do this, we use a function built into our trainer interface that allows us to check the progress of the training you have chosen if, and only if, you request reimbursement for your training.

If you apply for a refund and we find that you are eligible, a member of the team will issue a full refund within 7 days.

You will then lose access to the training.

For your information

Accessing the content (by downloading it or by viewing it even partially) shall be deemed to be full performance of the contract and shall therefore entail a waiver of the withdrawal period.

Indeed, the regulation excludes "digital content provided on an intangible medium and a subscription contract for such services, the performance of which has begun with your consent and for which you have waived your right of withdrawal (e.g. a downloaded film)".

In other words: the guarantee does not meet a legal obligation. We decide whether to apply it to protect our customers against a possible error.

Article 8: Protection of personal data

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and rectify any personal data concerning you. By accepting these general terms and conditions of sale, you acknowledge that you have read our policy on the protection of personal data.

By entering your email address on one of the sites in our network, you will receive emails containing information and/or promotional offers concerning products published by the company READY TO SURVIVE.

We don't want to send emails to people who don't want to receive them.

You can unsubscribe at any time. To do so, simply click on the link at the end of our emails. This link is preceded by the words "Unsubscribe".
